He obviously knows the marketplace and business standards and took the time to answer all the questions that I had throughout our negotiations. It was quite evident that selling a vehicle was only one chapter inside the relationship that he was looking to develop. I have a huge appreciation of that type of effort as it represents a true partnership, not just a transaction. His passion for the business is really evident. That's a difficult trait to train. Frankly I think that a huge portion of that is innate to a person's makeup and is something to be proud of... it's one the key characteristics I look for when hiring employee here at Nike.
